Jim Steinkamp has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and employee benefits consulting, serving primarily mid-to-large national employers. Before forming the Employee Benefit Strategies Group (EBSG), he held senior management positions with several global consulting organizations including Deloitte Consulting and Marsh Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a senior health underwriter for a major Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. Jim specializes in developing and managing all aspects of employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit programs.
