Founded in 1993 by Gary Cohen, LCSW, CEAP and Bill Heffernan, MS, CEAP, Employee Resource Systems, Inc. (ERS) is a national provider of integrated Employee/Member Assistance Programs (EAP/MAP), managed mental health care, comprehensive training and consultation services, work/life services and drug-free workplace policy development.

Eligibility -- All employees of your client company and their immediate family members may use this benefit. The EAP/MAP defines "family" as in- and out-of-state parents, children and significant others of the same or opposite sex.

Based in Chicago, ERS provides services to client companies ranging in size from 10 to 25,000 employees. Our client companies are engaged in health care, insurance, real estate, legal services, financial services, municipal government, manufacturing, transportation, construction and labor unions.

By working closely with managers, supervisors and Human Resources, ERS is able to provide extensive support to those in high-stress supervisory positions. We recognize that the supervisors and Human Resources staff are an invaluable resource to every company and have created services to specifically address their needs.
