As an Employers Resource client, you will be assigned your own dedicated payroll representative, responsible for understanding your specific needs.

Debra has 18 years of experience in sales development and negotiation in the PEO/human resources outsourcing industry. She was a pioneer in taking the industry national with Your Staff/Kelly Staff Leasing, a subsidiary of Kelly Services, negotiating contracts with NBC, McGraw-Hill School Division, Eastman-Kodak, American Express and many other major corporations. She was awarded Salesperson of the Year for several consecutive years during her tenure.

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, clients can rest-assured they will speak to a live person when calling Employers Resource, and questions and concerns will offered in a timely manner. Each client is assigned a dedicated payroll operator and HR specialist for ease of administration and ongoing management.

Administrative Services Organization (ASO) relationship is based on Employers Resource providing a bundle of services including payroll and human resources for your employees. Workers’ compensation, health insurance benefits, risk management and safety may be included or added at any time to increase efficiency, save money and your time.

Professional Employer Organization(PEO) relationship is the most efficient and provides the most protection for the client. In this package, your employees are paid under our Federal Tax ID number which creates efficiency and shifts much of the liability involved with employee administration onto us. Your company and Employers Resource become co-employers - you are the “Worksite Employer” and we are the “Employer of Record.” You continue to manage and control employee pay rates, work hours, duties and other on-site decisions, making your employees as productive as possible. Workers’ compensation, health insurance benefits, risk management and safety may be included or added at any time to increase efficiency, save money and allow you time to focus on running your business.
