EPS consultants are experienced in the management of the issues public entities routinely face. Our public sector group has well over 50 years of combined experience serving public entities such as state universities, the military, school boards, the Attorney General and many municipalities and other governmental entities.

Consultant (Washington, D.C.) Heather Wydra, Esq., joined EPS in 2014 with over 15 years of experience in the areas of civil rights and employment law. Prior to joining EPS, Heather was a senior attorney in the Whitman-Walker Health Legal Services Program, a non-profit legal services organization in Washington, D.C., specializing in legal assistance for people living with HIV/AIDS and for members of the LGBT community. Heather's practice focused on employment discrimination and workplace rights, including disability and medical leave.

EPS provides a full range of solutions to support employers in managing their employment practices. Our specialty is helping employers prevent and correct employment practices complaints while maintaining positive employee relations.

We have experience working with clients in the industry conducting workplace investigations, presenting training sessions, and consulting with human resource teams and legal counsel to address and prevent employment practices issues.

Not-For-Profit EPS provides its services for not-for-profit organizations. Our consultants have the capability and experience to offer services to meet the diverse needs of our clients in this industry.
