I am committed to helping people learn to love and appreciate themselves and each other. I have an unshakeable belief, based on over 38 years of experience as a coach, therapist, and consultant, that people are doing the very best they can with the resources they have available to them at any given moment. As a coach, I listen "between the lines" and respond to what people mean instead of just to what they say. I search for the essential aliveness in my clients and encourage their uniqueness.

Between us, we have more than 60 years of experience in helping people with the process of self-understanding, using some of the most powerful tools ever developed for that purpose. We have worked with a very wide range of people and issues.

When you learn to listen carefully enough to yourself, you realize that you really do know what you want. As you accept and appreciate the human quality of your own desires, you can afford to be more responsive to and supportive of the wishes of your partner. You learn to relate to your partner in a way that affirms that your needs and theirs are equally important.

When you choose a coach or mentor for yourself, remember that not everyone is qualified to coach. A coach must be willing and able to expect you to do more than you think you can, and to provide the continuing support and encouragement to help you meet those expectations. There are specific skills that a good coach or mentor should have, skills which are usually more important than a detailed understanding of your business. This kind of coach needs expertise in how people work.
