EMS Educators is located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We specialize in teaching the best CPR, AED and First Aid classes to anyone who has the desire or need to learn. All courses are taught within the guidelines of the American Heart Association and certification is good for two years. Owner, Sean Barnes, is a Registered Nurse & a Nationally Registered Paramedic with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Administration with a special emphaisis placed in Emergency Medical Services. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Health Information & Education. He has been teaching CPR and First Aid since 1990 and has been a Paramedic for 19 years. Mr. Barnes is also a Regional Faculty member for the American Heart Association, a position which he has held since 1992. His many years of experience in the classroom has provided him with a truly unique style of teaching. His professional, caring and personal approach to instruction provides a relaxing and fun as well as informative classroom. His personal belief is that everyone should know how to perform CPR and "Everyone passes my class"! Our other instructor, Kim Strickland, has an Associate in Science degree in Music and has been a CPR Instructor since 2003. Ms. Strickland has a fun, energizing way of teaching CPR to her students. She believes that classes should be entertaining as well as informative instead of dull and uninteresting.
