Encompass, Inc. was established in 1979 in Bloomington, Minnesota and specializes in both structural design and in the forensic analysis of construction and building failures.Howard K. Noziska, President, is a member of numerous professional and industry organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Consulting Engineers Council of Minnesota. Howard is the former Executive Director of the Minnesota Masonry Institute and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Colorado, Iowa, South Dakota and Michigan. He is a 1967 graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Mr. Noziska is considered one of the countries foremost experts in structural forensic engineering and has extensive experience in all phases of litigation.Encompass, Inc. currently has 4 Licensed Professional Engineers on staff. Encompass, Inc. moved into a new company headquarters located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in March of 2004.
