Newhall Jones, Inc. was established in 1975. In 2001, a new partner was added and the company became Newhall, Jones & Stackman, LLC. Throughout the next quarter of a century, the merits and reputation of the company's projects and client satisfaction spread. In their quest to provide clients the best overall home buying and building experience, NJS expanded the scope of their corporation by adding Encore Custom Homes to their family of uniquely service-oriented companies. A dedication to building trust, customer satisfaction and enduring relationships with its clients at every step of the process was always paramount as the company became a Street of Dreams and MAME award-winning builder.

Having been in our home for over 5 years now, we’ve been sadly behind in formally telling you how pleased we are: pleased with the results, and with the wonderful customer service we have received before, during and after the construction of our home. The entire process, from planning, designing, building, and the numerous choices involved in putting together a custom home were made so much easier by you and all your staff. You guided us every step of the way, providing insight on how best to fulfill our wishes and maintain our budget (no easy task!). All of your staff was patient with our (often uniformed) questions, concerns and odd requests – doing their best to help us through what can be a confusing process. Having dealt with other builders in the past, we cannot praise you and your staff enough.

John Stackman lends his 30 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of home construction to every home he builds. John is a native Bellevue resident who has chosen to make the Bellevue area a lifelong home for his family. His wife is also a native of the area and their daughter attends Clyde Hill Elementary. John's career in custom home construction began in 1978 when he worked for a small custom homebuilder and mastered the technical elements of fine craftsmanship. Every home was constructed from start to finish with great personal attention to detail and little involvement from subcontractors.

Later, at Newhall, Jones & Stackman, LLC, they gained significant experience in the construction of homes in various categories – from entry level to upper end custom homes and multi-million dollar, award-winning Street of Dreams homes.

Communication is the key to building longterm relationships based on trust. Working with clients is the highlight of each new project. Our small company size with a big history of client satisfaction is invaluable to our clients.
