Since 1938, EnerStar Power Corp is an electric distribution cooperative serving more than 5,200 members in the east, central Illinois counties of Clark, Coles, Douglas, Edgar, and Vermilion.voice in the cooperative through their fellow members elected to the Board of Directors. The board is responsible for setting the strategic and financial goals of the cooperative.EnerStar is a member of Touchstone Energy, an alliance of more than 600 electric cooperatives across the nation, meeting service excellence standards.
