The Enfield Group's services which are integrated to provide clients with a one-stop shop for their real estate needs can take a project from initial concept through design, construction, leasing and sale. We also provide our services to clients and customers on an a la carte basis if the owner desires and are very experienced teaming with other consultants or contractors.

Having worked for over 30 years in all facets of the construction and residential development industry, Olin serves as Director of Construction for the Enfield Group. In 1982 he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction, Engineering & Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduation, Olin pursued a career in construction and development for several firms in Mississippi until he relocated to Tennessee to become a Specialist in the THDA Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

The Enfield Group, an organization of affiliate companies that has evolved from its parent company Enfield Properties LLC, was established in 2007 as a real estate holding and development firm serving Middle Tennessee and the surrounding area. Subsequently Enfield Construction and Engineering LLC was formed by the principals to provide construction and civil engineering support both to its clients and for in-house projects.

Chuck has 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry and presently serves as Project Coordinator for Enfield Construction and Engineering. In 1993 he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During his career, Chuck has worked for several architectural offices in the Nashville area and for a large home builder based in Dallas Texas.

With 23 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Gregg serves as Chief Engineer for Enfield Construction and Engineering. In 1985 he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Vanderbilt University and in 1986 his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from Vanderbilt University. During his career, Gregg has concentrated on projects involving residential and commercial design, development and construction.
