Karen is the President and founder of Gould Consulting Group, LLC. She brings 25 years of leadership experience as a senior executive, business advisor and change agent. She has been the CFO for businesses as large as $10 billion in revenue and was also the founding CFO of a venture-backed communication software company. In addition, she provided strategic financial advice and raised capital for corporate clients as an investment banker.

Len is the President and CEO of Engine and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in business and consumer services. He has led business units up to $1.2 billion across all life-stages including start-up, growth, turnaround and exit and consumer marketing and sales operations with budgets as large as $1 billion. He is an alumnus of GE, McKinsey & Company, Bank of America and AT&T who brings deep expertise in strategy, business development, analytic marketing and segmentation, new product innovation, multi-channel marketing and sales.

Engine business solutions We provide business partners with online consulting and capabilities (we can help you do it better) and turnkey online marketing and sales operations (we can do it for you). Turnkey relationships can be performance-based where we acquire customers for you and bear the full marketing and operational risk.
