About Us
Tedeco was founded in 1951 as the Technical Development Company, dedicated to supplying industry with diagnostic and accessory components for gear boxes and fluid reservoirs. Over the intervening years, the company has grown to a world leadership position in the early and real-time detection of failure in propulsion and mechanical transmissions for aerospace, marine, mobile equipment, power generation, mine/quarry and transportation industries.
Products include standard & custom, real-time failure detectors for transmission and gas turbine engine gears and bearings, on-line lube system wear particle monitors, chip collectors and detectors, electro-optic and float liquid level sensing, visual fluid level gauging products, magnetic drain plugs, breather vents, reservoir fill caps. New designs, customized or special applications are encouraged.
The Tedeco name stands for the highest quality and customer service, with a globe-spanning network of representatives and distributors backed by a skilled staff of customer service, engineering, quality assurance and product support people. Tedeco products are produced by Eaton Aerospace Engineered Sensors Business Unit.
