Description

Our IT group has decades of experience in networking and computer systems. They are IT Certified Engineers and programmers trained specifically for the Building Automation industry. They are responsible for workstation & server configuration, as well as integrating network components into our customer’s existing infrastructures. They will write, test, and install all the control software, and draw and animate the graphical user interface for our customers. ESI also works on systems integration with various industry standard languages and protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and many more.

Our Factory trained service technicians service Schneider Electric /Andover Controls equipment, Delta Controls systems, CCTV, access controls and pneumatic control systems. Our maintenance contract base serves hundreds of clients around our coverage area and we run service 24 hours a day. ESI stocks $400,000 in spare parts for our contract customers. With our service agreements clients, we keep busy taking care of many of the prominent buildings in the greater Baltimore/Washington DC and Southern Virginia areas.

ESI has installed DDC Systems in many of the regional hospital campuses, some with both HVAC controls and integrated access control. Our experienced staff has worked with performance-contracting teams in hospitals across the nation. ESI provides services such as isolation room controls, power monitoring, graphical displays, alarming and custom reporting.

ESI has the capability to install operational monitoring, security, and reporting systems using state-of-the-art equipment for data archiving, analysis, and perhaps most importantly the ability to share all of this data through industry standard protocols.
