Keith is a licensed Greensboro North Carolina home inspector, specializing in home inspections, mold inspections, real estate inspections, water, lead, and radon testing.After many years of house and restaurant renovation in London, UK, Keith came to this country in early 1981. Finding that there were few inspectors operating here, he started home and commercial inspections in June 1981, under the name Building Inspection Services. Keith has always believed that the client needs a full statement of the faults found in the house he is buying or sellingSince 1981, Keith has taught courses on inspecting houses, run an ad hoc school for inspectors, written three books about inspections and the inspection profession and has lectured many different groups on a variety of allied subjects.
