Description

Enlan began serving at a 50+ unit South Loop condominium association shortly after the developer turnover. Enlan was immediately able to save the association money through vertical integration in providing housekeeping and maintenance services along with management. With the new construction, there was a lot of dirt in the building, and Enlan provided solutions to protect the homeowners' investment through walk-off mats and power sweeping the garage levels. Enlan began the account with a start-up team including a structural engineer and a building engineer to examine the building for obvious defects. Enlan was also successful in representing the interests of the association in situations where vendors had issues involving the developer.

Our condo management approach respects the homeowners' investment in their property, and the valuable time of board members providing volunteer service.
