Ensign began providing surveying services in 1987 and in 1994, founder Keith Russell, added civil engineering, structural engineering, and planning services. Our Utah offices are located in Sandy , Layton , Tooele , Cedar City , and Richfield and our Colorado office is in Colorado Springs . We are licensed to provide design services in 27 States.
