JOSEPH A. DACORTA, MHA, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. DaCorta has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in operational and tactical medicine, bio-defense and homeland security. He is a retired Navy Medical Service Corps officer with broad experience in federal acquisition of biomedical science and technology. He brings experience in biomedical research strategic planning, accessing federal funding, global commercialization and formation of public and private partnerships. DaCorta received his undergraduate from Southern Illinois University and his MHA from Baylor University.

John B. Mowell, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Entegrion, is president and CEO of Mowell Financial Group of Tallahassee, Florida, an investment-banking firm he founded in 1980 serving clients primarily throughout the Southeast. Since 2007, he has served as chairman of the board for Entegrion and added the duties of executive director in 2011. He is a founder and executive director of Beartooth Energy, a developer of oil and gas resources.

TAEGEN SULLIVAN, Product Development Engineer . Sullivan has more than 10 years of product development experience in generic over-the-counter medications, prescription oral drugs, and topical dermatology prescription products, and she has taken more than 20 new products from inception to launch, working primarily in CMC development and implementation. She holds a degree from Purdue University in Pharmaceutical Science and is working towards completing a Masters in Pharmaceutics from the University of Cincinnati.

Oleg Gorkun, PhD, Senior Scientist and Lab Director . Gorkun is a recognized fibrinogen expert with more than 25 years of research experience in the field of blood coagulation. His expertise includes hemostasis and coagulation combined with modern biophysical and biochemical techniques. Dr. Gorkun has written and co-authored more than 50 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. He graduated from Kiev State University with a masters degree in biophysics and received his graduate degree from A.V.
