Click below to read more.Enterprise Financial Services Corp founders Fred Eller, Kevin Eichner and Ronald Henges in the late 1980s envisioned a full-service financial company that would serve the lifetime financial needs of privately- held businesses and their owners. The concept was to blend exceptional service with top-flight banking and wealth management products. In 1988, they launched the first banking location in the St. Louis area and aptly named it Enterprise Bank.To allow for growth into new service lines, the entrepreneurs who launched the banking business formed Enterbank Holdings, Inc. in 1995 to integrate all businesses. In 2002 shareholders approved changing the company’s name to Enterprise Financial Services Corp to better reflect this emerging family of businesses.
