Enterprises Trenchless Technology, Incorporated was founded by James W. Kelly in 1995, who has been involved with electrical contracting, high voltage overhead and underground utility work, and general construction for over 38 years. His son, Scott Kelly, has been responsible for the company’s operations since 1996. President – Scott W. Kelly – scott@hdd-etti.com - has 22 years of experience in the utility / construction industry. His expertise includes all aspects of the directional drilling field, estimation, and utility construction. Scott has completed over 3,000 bores in the past 15 years. Scott is also the founder of the recently formed “Northeast Trenchless Association” and sits on the board of directors for Venture Maine. Vice-President – Jeffrey J. Kelly - jeff@hdd-etti.com – has 23 years of experience in the electrical / telecommunications industry. He has an extensive background in fiber optics, estimation, and directional drilling. Treasurer -James W. Kelly has 41 years of experience as owner of Enterprise Electric, a very successful Industrial / Commercial Contracting company servicing New England. His expertise includes all aspects of electrical contracting, including a vast knowledge of overhead high voltage systems, fiber optic cabling / termination, and directional drilling. Vice President of Operations – Bruce M. Hubbard – bruce@hdd-etti.com – has 41 years of experience in the construction and utilities industry with extensive background in construction related activities, project management and HDD estimating.
