Entre Prises was founded in France by Francois Savigny, an industrial engineer and rock climber, in 1983. Initially, the product was a selection of modular holds made of resinous concrete, the first commercially marketed climbing holds in the world! A few years later Savigny introduced his first panel system, called Profile. With these products, Savigny ushered in the era of modular, artificial rock climbing walls. Francois had a dream of creating an international company. While visiting Bend, Oregon and climbing at Smith Rock in 1988, his dream became a reality.

Climbing walls for specialized training tactics do require some additional features. Our design team has a lot of experience working with groups like the Navy Seals, government agencies, fire and rescue units, police training centers, national guard and armed forces.
