James A. Jacobs is the Chief Scientist of the company and Director of Client Services. Mr. Jacobs is a two-time Fulbright award winner in environmental engineering. He has over 25 years of experience and specializes in water treatment and aqueous geochemistry. In 2002, he purchased Environmental Bio-Systems, Inc., where he has worked on a variety of hydrogeology projects since 1990. Mr. Jacobs has served as an expert witness on various legal cases. Mr. Jacobs is the qualifying person and is licensed by the state as a general engineering contractor, certified for building, drilling, hazardous waste removal and asbestos abatement.
