Mr. West has over 28 years of experience in government, consulting, and the leadership and management of strategic consulting firms. His areas of technical expertise include environmental permitting and compliance, water resources, environmental land use and planning, and the leadership of large multidiscipline consulting teams across many client sectors, service areas, and geographies.

The management and control of toxic and hazardous chemicals is mandated at all levels of government. ECT has the knowledge and experience required to provide management plans and training client staff for the handling of toxic and hazardous materials.

ECT understands the applicable regulations and certification procedures and works through the appropriate requirements in all states. In addition, ECT interacts with local municipalities and governments to provide compliance assurance with local ordinances. This routinely requires face-to-face meetings with local government agencies and officials so that all concerns and issues are adequately addressed and resolved. ECT’s team has the experience necessary to work with local officials and communities to obtain the support needed to ensure a successful project.
