In my twenty-three years of government service and dealing with contractors, ENVISAGE is the first contractor that I have found who is truly concerned with providing the best possible product and service to the customer. It has been my experience that when this company states it will provide a service by a particular date, the service is always delivered when stated.

David has over thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur and/or financier of entrepreneurial companies. After graduate school, David started his professional career as a Division Controller of MiniScribe Corporation in Longmont Colorado and worked for MiniScribe, a disk drive manufacturing and distribution company, in various corporate finance capacities until the Company was purchased by Maxtor Corporation in 1990.

The Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) was created in 1983 as part of the preparations for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles. At the time, the U.S. had no full-time counterterrorism tactical team to provide emergency response for terrorist strikes or extreme hostage situations. With the kidnapping and killing of athletes during the 1972 Munich Olympics still fresh on their minds, the HRT was established to fill this gap.
