EpicPay began in 2001. We are a debt-free privately held company, with a management team each averaging thirteen years’ experience in the electronic payment industry. We believe in doing business in the open with upfront disclosure of all costs, realistic expectations of outcomes, time frames and clear expression of agreement terms. We support our client’s operations in all fifty states, seamlessly delivering the same results-driven solutions wherever they do business.

EpicPay (formerly Spectrum Merchant Services) was established in 2001. As a debt-free privately held company, our management team has over 60 years of experience in the electronic payment industry. We are a Direct Wholesale Registered ISO with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express. The entire sales and support process is managed internally. From underwriting and risk management, to terminal deployment, technical support and customer service, we handle it all in-house.

Our family has been in business for over 65 years and we finally made the decision to accept credit cards in 2011. Not only has this decision proven to increase our business portfolio, but it has also saved some of our long standing chain-store customer relationships who have moved solely to the electronic payment method. EpicPay guided us through the whole process and we couldn't be happier!
