Typical projects range from minor slab cracking and spalls to complete wall or ceiling deterioration to structural repairs. Typical facility applications range from warehouses, manufacturing plants, water and waste water treatment plants, chemical plants, printing plants, food manufacturing facilities to parking deck structures. Concrete slab repairs: Common plant floor problems include expansion joint, cold joint, control joint failures, cracks and spalls.

Our work horse product and most popular is the Equa Mix Epoxy repair kit. This kit consists of one gallon of epoxy, 35 pounds of dry silica sand, pigment if necessary and a handy five gallon pail for mixing. The one gallon of epoxy actually consists of one-half gallon of epoxy resin and one-half gallon of hardener formulated to be mixed at a one to one mixing ratio or “Equa-mix”. TOOL CLEANUP - Clean tools and equipment with a commercial solvent or paint thinner before material sets. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE - This product is resistant to many industrial chemicals such as common acids, caustics and lubricants.
