Mr. Beacham has worked as a professional archaeologist for over 10 years in the Mid-Atlantic, Great Basin, and Southwest, the last seven of which have been in southern New Mexico. He has broad experience in cultural resource management (CRM) for a wide variety of federal, state, municipal, and private clients. Mr. Beacham has managed Section 106, NEPA, and Tribal coordination projects, including the preparation of compliance documents and client consultation.

The Epsilon staff of operations professionals provides innovative and effective solutions to many operational management issues critical to safe and efficient operations. ESS staff have hands-on experience in the development and utilization of process management applied to operational environments. They are experienced in applying the appropriate level of rigor to operational activities and can assist in bringing about new levels of safety, quality, and efficiency in their operations.

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. (Epsilon Systems) was founded in 1998 by U.S. Navy Veteran and Korean immigrant Bryan B. Min. From the beginning, Epsilon Systems' mission has been to provide innovative technical and operational solutions to government, commercial and non-profit businesses. By bringing together top-notch engineers, technicians, developers and thinkers, Epsilon Systems thrives within the highly competitive federal contracting arena.

Ms. Martinez is the cultural resources program coordinator for Epsilon Systems' Ridgecrest, California office. She has more than nine years of experience in cultural resources management (CRM) encompassing a wide range of activities in the field, laboratory, and office dealing with pre-Contact, protohistoric, and historic resources.

Mr. Junker has achieved a distinguished career including experience in both military and commercial organizations. He served for over 30 years in the U.S. Navy, rising through the ranks from enlisted sailor to Master Chief Petty Officer and was commissioned to Lieutenant Commander. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Junker served as President of Radio Frequency (RF) Microsystems. RF Microsystems was sold in 1997 to Advance Communications Systems Services (ACSS) where Mr. Junker was appointed President.
