Rich Zeller has been part of the Equity Retail Brokers team for over five years. As a specialist in the company’s Tenant Representation division, Rich works primarily to secure prime locations for leading restaurants in fast-food and fast-casual in the firm’s primary trade area of eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. He also represents local, regional, and national retailers. Rich has worked with retailers including Babies R’ Us, Verizon Wireless, STS Tire & Auto, Au Bon Pain, and CHOP.

Rob Samtmann has been active in commercial real estate in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area since 1995 and is a managing Principal with Equity Retail Brokers. Rob now focuses on retail tenant and landlord representation. Rob has worked with retailers including Shop Rite Supermarkets, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Babies R Us/Toys R Us, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Rite Aid, Arby’s, Primrose Schools, Party City, PNC Bank, Verizon Wireless, Outback Steakhouse, and STS Tire & Auto.

George brings over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to the company, providing both shopping center leasing and tenant representation services. At Equity Retail Brokers, George will work closely with both landlords and tenants within the Leasing and Tenant Representation Division. His market knowledge and depth of experience make him a valuable addition to the company.
