The “8 Inch Chef Knife” features a patented ergonomic design breakthrough for every serious cook in the world. President and Designer, Scott Staib of Danbury Connecticut, graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. After working in the field for several years using conventional chef knives, he experienced some hand pain and became dissatisfied with the feel of current knives available. This problem convinced Scott that a better design was needed and he started his research. He spent a great deal of time on various design changes until he and many chefs were satisfied that he had developed the “smartest” and most efficient 8 inch chef knife in the world.
