Eric W. Jones began his construction career very early in life, following his Dad around on various construction sites and working in the family's landscape nursery. Wanting to stay in touch with his landscape construction background, Eric pursued a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture at NC A&T SU in Greensboro, NC. Once in college he realized that the BSLA could lead to an exciting career in the home building business. Eric and four other landscape architect students completed their senior group thesis with a golf course community design which featured single family and multi-family housing developments on Centennial Campus in Raleigh. Eric's individual senior thesis was a real estate development project focusing on a co-housing design which ultimately lead to Eric starting a general contracting business.
