Real Racing Wheels began in 1992 by supplying a top-notch Racing Engineered Aluminum wheel. The Independence, Iowa based company designs and manufactures high quality custom wheels for a variety of competition events across the country. From 4-wheel drive pulling trucks to sprint cars, Real Wheel has gained a reputation for delivering a high quality wheel that leave their customer’s 100% satisfied before, during, and after the race season.

Milltronics CNC Machines’ Challenger Series Horizontal Boring Mill HBM110 was introduced at IMTS 2012. Designed for precision machining of big work pieces, the HBM110 features a Fanuc 32i-MB CNC Control with 10.4" LCD color display. The 49 x 49" (1250 x 1250 mm) table has XYZW travels of 78.7 x 66.9 x 55.1 x 15.7" (2000 x 1700 x 1400 x 400mm). The 40-pocket, double arm automatic tool changer loads tooling into the 2500 RPM, 50 taper spindle. The spindle quill diameter is 4.3" (110mm) and the spindle is driven by a 30/25HP (22 x 18.5 kW) spindle motors with 2 speed geared head stock.
