Q: How many years has ERS been in business? A: ERS has been operating rental property for over 13 years. Q: What services does ERS provide to occupying tenants? A: We do our best to keep all properties well maintained and looking nice. Lawn care is provided free, such as cutting grass, trimming shrubs, mulching, and any other landscaping that needs to be tended to. Also, gutters are checked periodically for clogging. If needed, you will be informed of someone coming by to clean your gutters for proper water flow. Every 3 months you will be notified of a maintenance person coming by to change your air filter. Q: Who should be called if there is a maintenance issue inside of my rental property? A: In the unlikely event of a maintenance problem, you should call our home office in Louisville at 502.899.2016. From there we will address the problem at hand, and have it taken care of immediately. Q: Do all rental properties have a garage? A: Yes, every duplex, triplex and townhouse has a 1 car garage. The house has a 2 car garage. All properties are equipped with an electric garage door opener. Q: What are the leasing options? A: We offer 12 month and 6 month leases. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Yes, one small pet is allowed, but an increased rate of rent and a refundable pet deposit must be applied. Q: Does ERS offer properties that have a fireplace?
