Essential IT Services, Inc was founded in 1994 as The PC Doctor , a residential computer help desk service. In 1999 the company changed focus to providing business support services and was incorporated in the State of Kansas as The Pacific Management Company conducting business for the next decade under the trade name of Premier Computer and Communications . On January 1, 2010, to reflect our current strategic focus, we re-branded and changed our legal name to Essential IT Services, Inc.
