Essential Learning, founded in 2002, is based in San Diego and has rapidly grown to become the largest provider of E-Learning services to behavioral health and human service organizations. The mission of Essential Learning is to provide cost effective and customer-focused E-learning to assist our Members to increase compliance, improve staff performance and maintain high quality client services. Essential Learning has assembled a team consisting of technical, clinical and regulatory staff with extensive, operational-level experience in the industry. The Essential Learning system was designed by people who have "been in the trenches." They understand the environment and have designed the system to be a useful tool for managing staff training programs. Online courses are designed to be relevant, concise and written by clinicians with real-world experience.
