Customer service provided via Email is not aligned with Phone based support. Client uses Siebel Call Center application to process Service Requests submitted by Customers either through phone or web and it uses Kana Email application to process customer Service Requests submitted via Emails. Being two separate applications used for customer support, there was no visibility for email Service Requests in Siebel and vice versa in order to provide efficient customer service to the customers.
