We are proud that we promote 100% from within our company to management. If you have ever been in a role where you had to “train” your supervisor you will appreciate this. We provide excellent training in the areas of Sales Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resources, and Client Services. Promotions to management roles are performance based rather than on seniority. We believe this is one reason we have grown so quickly. Our training program has allowed team member to move into a full partnership role in as quickly as 12 months.

Casey Cavender was born and raised just south of Dallas, TX. Growing up sports and competition was a part of his life. He played soccer in college at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio TX where he majored in International Business and Minored in Marketing. After college he gained experience as a consultant and sales position for a telecommunications firm, as well as worked in logistics. His father is an entrepreneur and runs his own marketing firm as well. After gaining experience he had a passion for working with people and took his experiences to star working with Evantage, Inc.

During the month of October, our team here at Evantage took the opportunity to help raise money and awareness for Operation Smile. For over 30 years now, Operation Smile has provided over 200,000 surgeries across the world for facial deformities. For as little as $240.00 and 45 minutes we can make a difference to change a child’s life forever.
