Even Construction has been building floating homes in the Pacific Northwest for over 16 years, which includes over 40 new custom homes and numerous remodeling projects. We have a building site in St. Helens that has floating barges, tug boats, cranes, work shops and a storage facility. We offer two kinds of foundations – one being the traditional log and steel stringer float, the other is our concrete float, which is constructed on land and launched when completed. These floats are engineered specifically for the home that will be built on them. We have partnered with a firm out of Vancouver B.C. that have been constructing concrete floats around the world for the past 40 years.
