Event Tech’s offices and equipment are housed in a 30,000 square foot facility on over 2 acres of land just outside the Baltimore Beltway. At this location, Event Tech’s full time and freelance technicians maintain and test equipment on a daily basis, ensuring the gear we provide on our productions and in our rentals is in superb working order. We strive on a daily basis to satisfy customer service goals, collaborate and work as a team with our clients and staff, and provide an unparalleled experience for all the productions we work on.

It’s these events that are some of the most challenging for a production team. And settling for sub-par performance from your production vendor is unacceptable. This is where Event Tech meets the challenge head on. With years of experience mastering audio system design, lighting focus and color temperature, video presentation technology, and staging, we have the ability to provide a full production solution that allows you to get your message across without worry.

Event Tech is your source for everything from a sheet of gel to a complete system sale or installation. We maintain dealerships with most of the manufacturers of equipment we use in our production and rental stock. That means when you buy your new equipment from us, you can rest assured that we have the technical experience and knowledge behind the sale.

Here are a few examples of equipment manufacturer lines we carry. Please note, this is a very abbreviated list as we are a dealer for almost all manufactures lines we regularly use in our productions and rentals.

While we provide any element, or full production services, at your general session, we are equally able to provide any of our services for your evening Gala or breakout rooms. Our in-house design and drafting team can produce renderings allowing you to visualize your event in advance.
