Anne Keen December , 2007 We were finally about to awaken from our residential remodeling nightmare. After firing both our general contractor and his tile persona non grata, we put out an SOS (Save our Subfloor) to Pam & Kurt. They promptly responded and we showed them the botched start to our floor of dreams. Rather than us placing an anonymous call to the FBI that Jimmy Hoffa was buried underneath and let the shoveling begin, Kurt assured us that he would be able to transform it into a beautiful floor. And transform it he did. Throw away the tranquilizers and the antidepressants! Kurt did a fantastic job. All the accolades that one could imagine would certainly apply to Pam & Kurt.
