Description
Born in Iran, Evleen was the 2nd child of 3. She started receiving drawing instruction at the age of 12. By 14 she was the student of a well known artist- A. Petgar. While studying with him, Evleen received lessons in drawing, painting, charcoals, pastels and oils. It was at this time that Evleen learned the beauty of realism and how it is the principle of all styles of painting. To her it seemed as though true realistic painting captured the life itself.
