Roddy Black has served the construction industry for over 15 years with his career focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental Management. Roddy completed specialized training at Texas A&M University, the University of California in San Diego, and the University of Texas. Prior to joining the ECCI team, he served as Safety Director for a large industrial contractor and also worked on the British Petroleum project in Prudhoe Bay Alaska. During his career, he has managed all aspects of worker safety and health programs.

Over 30 years of "hands-on" experience in both residential and commercial construction. Dale's experience includes work in all levels of supervision, estimating, and construction management. His exposure to a wide range of projects and special conditions has provided a strong background in nearly every facet of the residential and commercial construction industry. Dale's education consists of a B.B.A. w/Honors, University of Texas – 1970 and an M.B.A., University of Texas -- 1971.
