Our highly trained and experienced employees are committed to providing the highest quality product to our customers. We strive to meet all customer delivery dates but will never "over promise" to our customers.

In 2010 we relocated from our small building to a new 40,000sf manufacturing plant and we also installed new cutting and gluing machines which in effect more than doubled our production capacity. When fully staffed we operate 24/7 which allows us to always meet our delivery deadlines for our customers!

Not only have we relocated to a larger facility but we have also purchased and installed some of most high-tech tile cutting & mosaic manufacturing equipment in the industry! Our new gluing equipment for mosaics utilizes a new UV Resin Adhesive which gives us a superior bond between the fiberglass netting and the tile for our mosaic production! This is the most superior gluing method on the market and Exacta has it! This capabillity underscores our statement of providing the very best in quality to our customers!!

Exacta Packaging Designs was originally founded in 1996 where we manufactured custom steel rule cutting dies and performed laser cutting services. In 2004 we purchased additional equipment to waterjet cut and abrasive waterjet cut and began cutting various materials from foam and rubber to aluminum, steel, stone, tile, and bullet proof glass.
