Please be advised that, effective May 5, 2004, Excel Technology International Corporation has transferred its business assets and manufacturing facilities to Excel Display Corp. Our new management team, headed by Dr. Thomas K. Shih, president of Excel Display Corp, welcomes you. Major owner of Excel Technology International Corp., Michi (Michiko) Chen, will stay around for a few months to help for the smooth transition between two companies.
