Michele has been with Excel Credit since October of 2000. Her previous background was in both Banking and Customer Service related fields. As a fourteen year employee of the Excel Credit team, she now offers twenty six years of customer service and experience to our clients. As a Loan Officer, she is committed to providing our clients with the best possible rates and provides personalized service working closely with both buyers and sellers to provide a seamless transaction.

In 1993, after years of serving as Finance Business Manager for major boat dealerships, Tom founded Excel Credit specialty financing. He saw a need for a service that could provide highly competitive direct to the consumer recreational loan service. As well as providing a valuable service to dealers who could not afford the high cost of operation of an in house finance department. Excel Credit has been an active member of the National Marine Bankers Association since 1994 and Family Motor Coach Association since 2004.

Brittany joined Excel Credit in September of 2011 bringing with her three plus years of customer service and management related experience. Brittany was originally hired for the position of Loan Processing but has expanded her position with the company by taking on the tasks of Title Clerk working with DMV agents and clients for the collection of sales tax and registration fees.
