Excel supplies its technicians with a complete mobile scissor lift so we can tackle the job at hand quickly, safely and best of all, at no charge to our customers. This makes our technicians fully equipped for any job at hand. In case of a major break down that requires large items to be brought back to our facility, we have several new trailers ready and waiting to haul your equipment, which means no shipping charges.

The final step in this process is a final inspection and then a complete paint job before being shipped back to our customers. Excel encourages our customers to ship us their faulty equipment for a FREE inspection and quote. Why by new if your hoist can be fixed for half the cost. Once again, we want to keep operational costs low and continue a trusted, long term growing relationship with our customers.

Chuck has been working in the material handling and overhead crane industry for over 38 years. He started with Harnischfeger Corp (P&H) in Milwaukee Wisconsin as a service specialist. He gained valuable knowledge in the crane and hoist technology. He later became a Relationship Manager where he communicated with P&H customers throughout North America.

David Roanhouse has been in the industry for over 15 years. He started his journey in the overhead crane and hoist industry as an in house repair technician. Over the years he has been involved in service, OSHA inspections, manufacturing of bridge cranes, field modernizations, installations, design and fabrication of special components.
