At Excel Spring & Stamping , we have been providing high quality precision metal stamping services to our customers for over 50 years. This valve plate was manufactured for our customer in Tennessee. The valve plates are stamped from .105" thick C1008/1010 cold rolled steel with a soft temper using our 150 ton punch press. The plates feature dimensions of 3.00" in length, 2.760" in width, and .190" in height, and are manufactured to dimensional tolerances of ±.002" and 1°. We produced this part as a stamping, in place of the customer's old, more costly production method.
