Excel Systems, Inc. was founded in Schenectady, New York by R. Eduardo Cubillos in 1992, servicing upstate New York / New England areas. Since its beginning the company has been committed to providing high quality cleaning services in a cost efficient manner. Our main focus is customer satisfaction .

We specialize in janitorial and related services exclusively. Our list of accounts includes shopping centers, schools, single and multi-tenant office buildings and health related facilities. Our computerized scheduling programs and control of service frequencies assures an excellent level of quality performance.

Our training program is designated to include the training of all cleaning personnel. We provide re-training for experienced employees as well as orientation training for new hires.
