Excel Time Service has already earned the confidence and trust of leading watch manufacturers worldwide, including Rolex, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Rado, Cuervo y Sobrinos, Hublot, Graham, Baume & Mercier, and Bulgari, to mention a few, as well as premier watch retailers locally and nationally.

Federico Rodriguez, of Cuban origin and the company's master watchmaker and director of technical operations, has been specializing in the repair and service of mechanical movements for over 50 years. Rodriguez, like his team, is Rolex factory trained, among his many accomplishments.

In strict adherence to the watch manufacturer's guidelines and using only genuine parts, all work is undertaken at our state-of-the-art service facility followed by a rigorous series of quality control tests and backed by a one-year guarantee.

Excel Time Service was founded in 2006 by Patrick Puton, formerly Director of After-Sales Service at Rolex Watch USA and Louis-Vuitton Moet-Hennessy LVMH, as well as Manager of the Vintage Watch Department at the venerable auction house, Christie's.
