Since our inception, we have strived to update our equipment and technology. Today, our 25,000 sq. ft facility employs state-of-the-art CNC Milling and Turning Centers, all manned by experienced, dedicated toolmakers and machinists ready to meet your most stringent specifications. Excello Tool utilizes the latest concept of multi-operational machining centers which combine the processes of milling, turning and automatic transfer machines. This allows us to machine both ends of a part in one set up, performing a variety of operations such as turing, facing, drilling, tapping and milling of flats and keyways while chucking the part one time. This provides our customers with a high quality product with significant cost savings vs. single operation centers. Our Prototype Department provides our customers with the capability of developing new products in the most cost effective manner, as efficiently as in gearing u for full production. Use of ground level machinery allows our toolmakers and estimators to determine the most cost effective approach to the part's manufacture, including design of fixtures and tooling to reduce machine loading time and minimize production costs in either low or high end volume production.
