EXCELth, Incorporated is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1991, governed by a consumer board of directors. EXCELth is funded as a Community Health Center by the Bureau of Primary Health Care, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). EXCELth operates the EXCELth Primary Care Network.
