Exchange Analytics is the largest provider of ethics training, and has been providing this service since 1994. Our training programs met all requirements mandated by former CFTC Rule 3.34. Our programs meet, and will continue to meet, all standards established to prove that you have met your obligations under the new regulatory framework.

During the course of our relationship, we collect personal information when you request a product or service from us. We may ask you to provide the following types of personal or business information: your name, address, title, firm, E-mail, phone, and mobile phone numbers; credit and financially related information that Exchange Analytics receives as payment for products and online courses. We also collect credit card or wire information if the transaction requires it.
